Moynihan Train Hall

Project information

Moynihan Train Hall is an expansion of Pennsylvania Station, the main intercity and commuter rail station in New York City, into the city’s former main post office building, the James A. Farley Building.

Belmont Park USB Arena

Project information

Belmont Park USB Arena is a multi-purpose arena adjacent to the Belmont Park race track in Nassau County, New York. The arena is home to the New York Islanders hockey team.

Hudson Yards

Project information

Hudson Yards is a 28-acre real estate development in the Chelsea and Hudson Yards neighborhoods of Manhattan, New York City. 13 of the 16 structures on the West Side of Midtown South sit on a platform built over the West Side Yard, a storage yard for Long Island Rail Road trains.

The Oculus is the World Trade Center Transportation Hub with train station, plaza and shopping mall located adjacent to the memorial site for the 9/11 attacks.

Second Avenue Subway

Project information

The Second Avenue Subway is a New York City Subway line that runs under Second Avenue on the East Side of Manhattan. The first phase of this new line, with three new stations on Manhattan’s Upper East Side, opened on Jan 1, 2017
